  • During launches, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

Delivery Area: United Arab Emirates
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-4 business days after dispatch
Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout

3. GCC & International Shipping

  • Wanji Row is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery if applicable.
  • We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wanjirow.com.
  • Please include your order number and photos (if applicable).

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Wanji Row is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
